Product

One console for every account, message and reply.

Track qualified pipeline, review flagged replies and check sender health from a single surface — while AI colleagues run the sequences underneath.

The modules

What each part of the operation does.

Six modules, each scoped to one stage of the demand pipeline and each acting on objects you can see in the app.

Account Discovery & Enrichment

AI colleagues build and enrich a candidate account list against the criteria you set, adding firmographic and intent signals to each Contact Record. You see the list before any account enters a Campaign, and no account is contacted until you approve it.

Personalised Message Drafting

AI colleagues draft account- and contact-specific touches from the templates you approve, using researched context for each account. You review the drafting; tone and brand stay yours throughout.

Sequence Execution & Pacing

AI colleagues activate and pace each Sequence across email and other permitted channels, within the volume thresholds and Sending Domains configured at setup. You watch progress and sender health from the app.

Compliance & Deliverability Engine

Consent, suppression and anti-spam rules — CAN-SPAM, GDPR legitimate-interest and CASL — are enforced and logged for every Contact Record, alongside SPF, DKIM, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe. The engine cannot change a rule without your sign-off.

Response Classification & Routing

AI colleagues classify each Reply and route qualified responses into your CRM, while sensitive or ambiguous ones go to the Exceptions & Approvals Queue for your decision. You keep the thresholds that decide what escalates.

Governance & Audit Console

The console shows Pipeline & Results, the approvals queue and the full activity log. Each contact carries an Approval Record — the basis it was reached on and who signed it off — so due-diligence questions have a written answer.

An operator's day

How a campaign moves through the product.

The same path every Campaign follows, from criteria to audited result.

Set up and approve

You agree target criteria, messaging templates, Sending Domains and compliance rules. AI colleagues assemble the candidate list and draft the touches; your sign-off is recorded as an Approval Record before anything sends.

Run the sequences

AI colleagues execute paced multi-touch Sequences within your approved parameters, enforcing consent and suppression per contact and watching deliverability signals. A threshold breach pauses sending and escalates rather than pushing on.

Handle the replies

AI colleagues classify inbound Replies, route qualified meetings into your CRM, and flag anything sensitive for your review. Qualified pipeline delivered is measured and reported, not messages sent.

Review and re-approve

You review results, flagged Replies and the activity log, adjust targeting or messaging, and re-approve the changes. Compliance rules move only with your sign-off, and the audit trail records each decision.

Enforced by design

Where the boundaries sit, and who holds them.

Compliance and deliverability are owned by the operation, not offloaded to you.

Enforced for every contact

Consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints are checked per Contact Record, with the legal basis recorded — CAN-SPAM, GDPR legitimate-interest and CASL.

Deliverability we own, not you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, one-click unsubscribe and spam-complaint monitoring against the 0.3% Google/Yahoo threshold run on our side; sending pauses on breach.

Least-privilege integrations

CRM and sending-infrastructure access is read and write only within the scopes you approve — nothing beyond what a Campaign needs.

Rules immutable to AI

Compliance rules can only change with human sign-off. Any action outside the approved parameter set is blocked and escalated, not executed.

A written basis per contact

The audit trail records who was contacted, on what basis and under which approvals, so agentic outbound can pass buyer due diligence.

How the operation is built.

Specialised colleagues, one orchestrator

PathWolf runs as a set of specialised AI colleagues, each scoped to one stage of the pipeline: discovery, research, drafting, sequence execution, compliance enforcement and reply classification.

An orchestration layer holds the approved campaign configuration — target criteria, messaging templates, Sending Domains, pacing limits and compliance rules — as the binding parameter set within which colleagues may act. They cannot exceed those bounds.

The decisions a person owns

Before a Campaign activates, the accountable human signs off four things: the target account list, the messaging templates and tone, the sending domains, and the outreach-compliance rules.

The same person sets escalation thresholds, reviews flagged Replies, and owns how the brand is represented across every touch.

What AI colleagues may not do

AI colleagues may not send outreach outside approved parameters, may not add accounts or contacts that fail the agreed criteria, and may not change compliance rules.

A threshold breach pauses the operation and routes to the Exceptions & Approvals Queue rather than proceeding.

A single source of truth

Shared operational state — accounts, contacts, approvals, sequence status and replies — lets colleagues hand off cleanly and gives the console one view of every Campaign.

A compliance-and-audit service sits beneath every action and writes an activity log that cannot be edited after the fact.

Where the product is heading.

The first six months

A working governed email-outbound operation for a handful of design partners, with the approval console, per-contact compliance logging and CRM routing in place.

Early evidence on qualified pipeline delivered and on cost per qualified opportunity against the in-house baseline, and a read on whether human approval feels like governance or friction. This is direction, not a promise.

Through the first year

Additional permitted channels beyond email, a maturing account-research capability using intent signals, and a standardised onboarding path so a new venture can be activated with less bespoke setup.

Pricing tested across subscription and optional qualified-pipeline-linked models, plus a growing library of approved messaging patterns and compliance configurations that lowers setup cost per Campaign.

Toward eighteen months

A repeatable, multi-channel governed demand function for both portfolio and external mid-market and growth-stage buyers, with documented cost per qualified opportunity and an auditable compliance record as the core proof points.

Governance and audit tooling hardened for buyer due diligence, with role-based access and reporting, and a feedback loop that measurably reduces the marginal cost and cycle time of new campaigns.

Product questions

What operators ask before running a campaign.

Which systems does PathWolf connect to?

PathWolf integrates with your CRM and sending infrastructure under least-privilege, approved-scope access — read and write only within the scopes you grant. Qualified replies route into your existing sales process rather than a separate tool.

How is our contact data handled?

Every contact is processed against consent, suppression and anti-spam rules, and the basis and approval are logged. That leaves an auditable per-contact record you can produce for counsel or a buyer.

Who can approve campaigns, and what roles exist?

An accountable human owner approves lists, messaging, domains and rules through the governance console, and sets escalation thresholds. Role-based access to separate approval from review is on the eighteen-month roadmap.

What does an operator do on day one?

Day one is a working session in the console: AI colleagues have already assembled a candidate account list and drafted the touches, and you walk through them, adjust anything that reads wrong, and record your sign-off. Nothing sends before that is done.

Will AI-drafted outreach match our brand voice?

AI colleagues draft from messaging templates and tone you approve, and you retain brand ownership throughout. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not reviewed first.

Does approving every campaign add to my workload?

Approval is front-loaded at setup, and routine sending runs within your approved parameters without further sign-off. Only exceptions — flagged replies and threshold breaches — return to you, in a dedicated queue.

How do you protect our sending domain?

Deliverability controls — SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, one-click unsubscribe and spam-complaint monitoring against the 0.3% Google/Yahoo threshold — are owned by us. Sending pauses on a breach rather than pushing your reputation further.
