Personalised outbound at pipeline volume, under your sign-off.

PathWolf is an AI-operated, human-governed demand operation. AI colleagues research accounts, draft personalised outreach and run compliant multi-touch sequences; a named person approves the target list, the messaging, the sending domains and the compliance rules before any campaign activates. Nothing goes out that someone has not signed off.

The modules

Six modules, one accountable owner.

AI colleagues do the operating work at each stage of the pipeline. The human owner approves the decisions where automated outbound most often causes deliverability and reputational harm — targeting and messaging.

Account Discovery & Enrichment

AI colleagues build and enrich target-account lists against human-agreed criteria, using firmographic and intent signals to prioritise accounts. The human owner approves the list before any account enters a sequence.

Personalised Message Drafting

AI colleagues draft account- and contact-specific outreach from approved messaging templates and researched context. Templates and tone are approved by the human owner, who retains brand ownership throughout.

Sequence Execution & Pacing

AI colleagues activate, pace and manage multi-touch sequences across email and other permitted channels within approved sending parameters. Sending domains and volume thresholds are configured and approved before activation.

Compliance & Deliverability Engine

The system enforces and logs consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints per contact, and applies SPF, DKIM, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe to protect deliverability. It cannot alter compliance rules without human sign-off.

Response Classification & Routing

AI colleagues classify replies and route qualified responses into your existing sales process, escalating flagged or sensitive responses for human review. Escalation thresholds are set by the human owner.

Governance & Audit Console

A control surface where the accountable human approves lists, messaging, domains and rules, sets escalation thresholds, and reviews the full activity log. Every contact carries an auditable record of basis and approvals.

How a campaign runs

From agreed criteria to reported pipeline.

The same governed path each campaign follows, with a recorded sign-off before anything sends.

  1. Campaign setup & approval

You and the human owner agree target criteria, messaging templates, sending domains and compliance rules. AI colleagues assemble a candidate account list and draft messaging, which the human approves before activation. Nothing sends until sign-off is recorded.

  2. Live outbound operation

AI colleagues run paced multi-touch sequences within approved parameters, enforcing consent and suppression per contact and monitoring deliverability signals. Threshold breaches pause sending and escalate to the human owner rather than proceeding.

  3. Reply handling & pipeline routing

AI colleagues classify inbound replies, route qualified meetings and opportunities into your CRM or sales process, and flag sensitive or ambiguous responses for human decision. Qualified pipeline delivered is measured and reported.

  4. Ongoing governance & audit

The human owner reviews performance, flagged responses and the activity log, adjusts targeting or messaging, and re-approves changes. Compliance rules can only change with human sign-off. The audit trail records who was contacted, on what basis, and under which approvals.

The agentic architecture

Specialised AI colleagues, bound by an approved configuration.

PathWolf is a set of AI colleagues coordinated by an orchestration layer, each scoped to one stage of the demand pipeline.

Approved parameters are the boundary

The orchestrator holds the approved campaign configuration — target criteria, messaging templates, sending domains, pacing limits and compliance rules — as the binding parameter set within which colleagues may act. They cannot exceed those bounds.

Compliance sits beneath every action

A persistent compliance-and-audit service enforces consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints per contact and writes an immutable activity log for every action taken.

One source of truth for handoffs

Shared operational state — accounts, contacts, approvals, sequence status and replies — lets colleagues hand off cleanly and gives the human console a single, current view.

Least-privilege integrations

Connections to your CRM and sending infrastructure are read and write only within approved scopes. Any action outside parameters is blocked and escalated rather than executed.

Where humans decide

Humans govern; AI operates.

Before activation, an accountable human must approve four decisions in particular. The AI colleagues cannot act outside them.

The target account list

AI colleagues may not add accounts or contacts that fail the agreed criteria. The human owner approves who is in scope before any account enters a sequence.

The messaging and tone

Templates and tone are approved by the human owner, who owns brand representation throughout. Drafts are personalised from approved templates, not written free of governance.

The sending domains

Sending domains and volume thresholds are configured and approved before activation, so deliverability is protected by the operator rather than risked by unmanaged automation.

The compliance rules

Compliance rules are immutable to the AI and changeable only by the accountable human. Threshold breaches pause the operation and escalate rather than proceed.

The operator owns deliverability, not the buyer.

Every contact is processed against consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints — covering CAN-SPAM, GDPR legitimate-interest and CASL obligations — with the basis and the approval recorded. The result is an auditable per-contact record of who was contacted, on what basis, and under which approvals.

Deliverability controls sit with PathWolf, not with you. SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, one-click unsubscribe, and spam-complaint monitoring against the below 0.3% threshold set by the Google and Yahoo February 2024 sender rules are all operated and audited on your behalf.

Access is scoped and accountable

CRM and sending-infrastructure integrations run under least-privilege, approved-scope access. Compliance rules cannot be altered by the AI; only the accountable human can change them. PathWolf is built and domiciled in the DIFC as a venture of Future Thesis Lab, which provides the governance and accountability framework buyers ask for before adopting agentic outbound.

Direction, stated as direction — not a promise.

First months

A working governed email-outbound operation running for a handful of design partners, with the approval console, per-contact compliance logging and CRM routing in place. Early evidence on qualified pipeline delivered and on cost per qualified opportunity against the in-house baseline, and a read on whether human approval is experienced as governance or as friction.

Toward the first year

Additional permitted channels beyond email, a maturing account-research capability using intent signals, and a standardised onboarding path so a new venture can be activated with less bespoke setup. Pricing tested across subscription and optional qualified-pipeline-linked models. A growing operating library of approved messaging patterns and compliance configurations that lowers setup cost per new campaign.

Beyond

A repeatable, multi-channel governed demand function serving both FTLAB portfolio and external mid-market and growth-stage buyers, with documented cost per qualified opportunity and an auditable compliance record as the core proof points. Governance and audit tooling hardened for buyer due diligence, with role-based access and reporting.

Before you commit

Questions revenue and compliance leaders ask.

Will running sequences through PathWolf damage my domain reputation?

Deliverability is operated for you, not offloaded. Sending domains and volume thresholds are approved before activation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication and one-click unsubscribe are applied, and spam complaints are monitored against the below 0.3% threshold from the Google and Yahoo February 2024 rules. Threshold breaches pause sending and escalate rather than continuing.

Who actually approves what goes out?

An accountable human on your side, or a named owner assigned to your account, approves the target list, the messaging templates and tone, the sending domains and the compliance rules before any campaign activates. The AI colleagues cannot send outside those approved parameters, and every approval is recorded in the audit log.

What happens to replies?

AI colleagues classify inbound replies and route qualified responses into your existing CRM or sales process. Sensitive or ambiguous responses are flagged and escalated for a human decision rather than answered automatically. Qualified pipeline delivered is measured and reported.

Do you promise a number of meetings or closed revenue?

No. PathWolf reports qualified pipeline delivered and the work behind it. We make no promise of closed revenue, and your human owners retain responsibility for outreach compliance and brand throughout.

I am a founder with no SDR function. Can I start without building a team?

Yes. PathWolf is a governed pipeline function you approve rather than operate. AI colleagues do the account discovery, drafting and sequencing; you sign off on targeting, messaging, domains and compliance rules, so you can stand up outbound without hiring a fully-loaded SDR seat.

How do you handle CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL?

Every contact is processed against consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints, with the legal basis and the approval recorded per contact. Compliance rules are immutable to the AI and changeable only by the accountable human, producing an auditable record you can show under due diligence.
