Tell us who you sell to.

Whether you run a small outbound team under quota pressure, have no SDR function yet, or need a governed pipeline function before any sales-development budget exists — write to us. Describe your target accounts and where personalised outreach is breaking down, and a member of the team will read it.

Before you write

Getting in touch.

Who reads my message?

A member of the PathWolf team. There is no autoresponder standing in for a person. We will reply from hello@pathwolf.com.

What is useful to include?

The accounts you sell to, the criteria that define a good-fit account, and where outbound is breaking down today — deliverability, personalisation being rationed, or reps losing the week to research and data entry. The more specific the target definition, the more useful the first exchange.

Will you send outreach on my behalf without my sign-off?

No. A named person on your side approves the target list, the messaging, the sending domains and the compliance rules before any campaign activates. AI colleagues do the operating work within those approved parameters; they do not send outside them or change compliance rules without human sign-off.

How do you handle CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL obligations?

Consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints are enforced and logged for every contact, producing an auditable record of who was contacted, on what basis, and under which approvals. Human owners retain responsibility for outreach compliance and brand. We are happy to walk through how this works for your jurisdictions.

I am pre-launch and evaluating. Is it too early to write?

No. PathWolf is at an early stage and works with design partners. If you want a governed outbound function you approve rather than operate, tell us your situation and we will be honest about what is proven and what is still being firmed up.

See how the governance works first.

If you would rather read before you write, the product and security pages set out who approves what, and why the approval trail matters.
