Pricing

Priced against the SDR seat it replaces, not the messages it sends.

PathWolf is a subscription for a governed, AI-operated outbound and account-based demand function. AI colleagues run discovery, drafting and sequencing; a named person approves targeting, messaging, sending domains and compliance rules before activation. Pricing follows that structure — a governed workspace, with an optional component tied to qualified pipeline delivered.

How engagements are priced

One governed workspace, priced two ways.

Every engagement is a monthly subscription for an operated workspace that includes the AI colleagues, the human approval workflow, compliance handling and the audit log. Buyers who prefer outcome-aligned pricing can add a component tied to qualified meetings routed into their sales process.

Talk to us

A one-off onboarding fee covers sending-domain authentication, suppression and consent import, and initial governance setup; it is modest relative to the recurring subscription. Exact price points are being validated against sales-engagement and appointment-setting benchmarks, so no per-seat list price is fixed pre-validation. PathWolf makes no promise of closed revenue; engagements are measured in qualified pipeline delivered.

In every workspace

What the price always covers.

The governance layer is not an add-on. Every engagement carries it, because that is where deliverability and reputational harm are prevented.

A named person signs off before activation

Target lists, messaging, sending domains and compliance rules are approved by an accountable human. AI colleagues do not send outreach outside approved parameters or change compliance rules without human sign-off.

Compliance enforced and logged per contact

Consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints are applied to every contact and recorded, creating an auditable trail of who was contacted, on what basis, and under which approvals.

Deliverability protected by design

Authentication and one-click unsubscribe are applied so that unmanaged automation does not damage your sending domain or brand under the current sender rules.

Measured in qualified pipeline, not volume

Reporting is framed around qualified meetings and opportunities routed into your sales process, so the spend is legible to both a revenue leader and a compliance owner.

Questions

What determines your price.

What is the price benchmarked against?

The subscription is benchmarked to land materially below a fully-loaded in-house SDR seat, which the venture treats as the value pool it replaces. The optional per-meeting component is priced to sit below outsourced agency per-meeting benchmarks. Exact price points are an assumption pending validation against retrieved benchmarks, so we confirm them with you rather than publish a list.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Pricing is per governed campaign workspace, not per SDR seat. That reflects what PathWolf actually operates — an outbound and account-based demand function — rather than headcount you would otherwise hire and manage.

How does the outcome-linked option work?

For buyers who prefer outcome-aligned pricing, we add a component charged per qualified meeting or qualified opportunity routed into your sales process, on top of the workspace subscription. PathWolf makes no promise of closed revenue; the component is tied to qualified pipeline delivered, and your human owners retain responsibility for compliance and brand.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. A one-off onboarding fee covers sending-domain authentication, suppression and consent import, and initial governance setup. It is modest relative to the recurring subscription. Portfolio and early ventures activate through a standardised onboarding path with reusable messaging and compliance configurations to reduce that setup effort.

How do we buy, and who do we deal with?

The sales motion is founder- and operator-led. We start from the governance-first case and a benchmarkable cost per qualified meeting, agree targeting and messaging with your accountable owner, and configure the workspace before anything activates. Design partners are onboarded first from the FTLAB portfolio to build evidence.

Who is accountable for compliance under the contract?

Your human owners retain responsibility for outreach compliance and brand. PathWolf enforces and logs consent, suppression and anti-spam rules per contact and keeps the approval trail, but it operates under your sign-off — it does not decide targeting or messaging on its own.

Price it against an SDR seat.

Tell us the accounts you sell to and how you would want to approve targeting and messaging. We will scope a governed workspace and set out how it is priced — subscription, or subscription plus a component tied to qualified pipeline.
